The group comprises five specialized subsidiaries LeasingTeam focused on temporary work and process outsourcing LeasingTeam Professional for permanent white collar recruitment IT LeasingTeam for IT recruitment and outsourcing LeasingTeam International for cross-border worker posting to Germany Austria and Norway and TalentPoint an HR and payroll system. LeasingTeam Group has expanded its international presence and recruits employees from Moldova Nepal India Azerbaijan and Vietnam for European assignments.

The company is privately held with exclusively Polish capital and employs approximately 74 internal professionals. LeasingTeam achieved PLN 100 million in revenue by 2010 and significantly exceeded PLN 200 million by 2016. The group serves over 800 clients ranging from smaller Polish enterprises through public companies to international corporations. LeasingTeam has extensive experience working with Global Capability Centers and shared services centers in Poland providing workforce solutions for multinational companies establishing their operations in the country.

The group is led by President Maciej Majewski and Vice President Andzelika Majewska who founded the company as a startup and grew it into one of the largest HR consulting groups in Poland. LeasingTeam Group provides comprehensive HR solutions including temporary staffing permanent recruitment recruitment process outsourcing IT outsourcing business process outsourcing HR and payroll services and HR consulting.
