Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, CloudFerro is a leading provider of sovereign cloud computing services and generative AI solutions for the space sector, climate research, science, and enterprise markets. CloudFerro employs over 240 people and achieved approximately 41 million euros (174.7 million PLN) in revenue in 2024, marking significant growth. CloudFerro is led by CEO Maciej Krzyzanowski, co-founder and former CEO of ATM S.A., alongside CTO Stanislaw Dalek and CFO Karol Bach.

The company operates data centers in Poland and Germany, managing over 90 petabytes of Earth observation data and providing high-performance computing infrastructure for demanding markets like the European Space Agency (ESA) and EUMETSAT. The company raised 23.7 million euros in funding, including a grant from the European Commission and investment from Innova Capital in 2024. The company NSIS-Cloud project for the Polish Space Agency demonstrates its capability in building secure, sovereign cloud platforms for government and public sector use cases.

CloudFerro has expanded into Generative AI with its Sherlock platform, a managed service offering access to advanced language models including Bielik 11B v3.0 (Polish LLM) and Llama 3.3 70B via OpenAI-compatible APIs. The platform supports RAG implementations, conversational systems, and workflow automation on high-performance GPU infrastructure with strict data sovereignty and GDPR compliance. CloudFerro AI services combine its robust cloud infrastructure with user-friendly APIs, enabling organizations to deploy AI models without compromising data privacy or regulatory compliance.
