Teams develop measurement instruments and test automation software using Python Java C++ and MATLAB with cloud infrastructure across AWS Azure and GCP. Data platforms include Databricks Apache Spark and Snowflake supporting analytics and test data management. The center maintains innovation labs and an AI Centre of Excellence with 156 patents filed reflecting deep engineering ownership and open source contributions to measurement software communities.
Current headcount stands at approximately 2800 employees with active hiring ongoing in software engineering research and development data engineering and cloud engineering roles. Keysight plans to expand to 3500 employees by 2027 with additional R&D towers under development in Bangalore and new AI/ML center of excellence in Hyderabad.
