The technology stack spans Java, Kotlin, Python, React, and Node.js on Azure and GCP, with SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday as enterprise platforms. The centre drives IKEA's AI and data analytics initiatives, contributing to the company's digital ethics framework and AI literacy movement across the workforce.

IKEA's India GCC reflects the company's strong sustainability ethos with 94.8% renewable electricity usage and ambitious net-zero targets. The centre has achieved LEED Gold precertification for its Gurugram development and promotes an inclusive workplace with 50% women in leadership and a gender pay gap of just 3.4%.
